Dave Williams
Managing Director
Dave has 35 years’ experience in
tax, spending 14 years as an Inspector of
Taxes in a London district where he headed
up numerous investigations into large
building contractors. Dave decided to move
into accountancy as he preferred to defend
these businesses rather than persecute them!
He now deals with all aspects of CIS
including defending gross payment status,
drafting contracts and revising working
practices in consultation with contractors to
ensure self employed status can be
achieved and can be defended from HMRC
attack. Dave also lectures nationally on
status, CIS, tax investigations and PAYE
compliance investigations to both the
profession and to industry.
